Excellent customer service and product knowledge.  They are the best in the business and have excellent installation people who do top notch work.  I was pleased with the whole process from ordering the unit, to installation and servicing of our filter and chemicals.  I am planning on starting a new treatment process there called Silk Balance which is a new product that people are thrilled with as it cuts down on using several different chemicals to help balance and clean the water.  I plan on changing over to that later this month.  The Bullfrog Spa itself is great - I happened to purchase a home last year and the spa came with the property.  This has been well cared for by the people @ Bullfrog prior to my purchasing the house.  My whole family enjoys the spa and our view of the mountains makes this experience of using my hot tub even better.

Ordered a cover for our hot tub. When cover arrived 3 weeks later it was not made correctly. Called same day to let them know of issue and spoke with a representative, Tim. Tim asked for additional information and told us that they would expedite a replacement. After 11 days I phoned Bullfrog spas to inquire about the expedited order. Again spoke with Tim. He didnt have any information for me and said Dave Smith would call me back the next day.
After another week and a half, I again called and spoke with Tim. I was told that Dave was not in and that a reorder was never placed by Dave Smith and that we would not be receiving a replacement cover per Dave. He said he was sorry and understood my frustration. I in turn phoned a regional manager for Bullfrog spas to inform them of my displeasure in the lack of communication, or willingness to resolve our issue. Regional manager, Craig Selvege. He suggested that I dispute my credit card payment and return the cover and questioned my choice of using Bullfrog spas. He never offered to try to resolve issue, apologize for inconvenience, or make product right, but said he would contact Dave Smith, location owner. 
 
I finally received a call from Dave Smith 2 days later wanting to know " Who have you been talking to?"  He didnt care enough to even get my husbands name right that originally placed the order with him, and argued my husbands name like I didnt know what his name is. Then proceeded to tell me that "It wasnt his fault that we ordered it wrong". While trying to explain my side Dave gets very loud and tells me to "SHUT UP SO I CAN TALK!"  My final word to him was that I would be stopping payment and returning cover.
He said , again loudly, "that was fine, he has good lawyers! "
This has to be, by far, the worst customer service and lack of professionalism and willingness to help, at several levels, that I have experienced from ANY company. Even if there was a "no returns" type policy in place, it could have delt with in a much more timely and professional manner. Just Horrible!!
I would recommend staying far, far away from Bullfrog Spas of Missoula on West Broadway.
