He responded to our call within an hour and scheduled a specific start time, and showed up on time. He was friendly and courteous and worked efficiently. The rental was extremely dirty and took a lot of extra work and chemicals. He explained the processes and did an excellent job at that location. I will definitely seek his return for any carpet cleaning

Our geriatric cats had peed and puked on our carpets over a period of a couple of years. Brad got rid of all the stains--including the ones in a high traffic area with light beige carpet. He was also able to eliminate the urine smell to the point that it's not noticeable most of the time. (We'll probably have to replace the carpet tacking strips to get rid of the last of it, as the urine soaks into the wood strips and can't be cleaned out, but the remaining odor is minor so we can postpone that until we're ready to sell the house.)
We had another company do the same work a year or so earlier. They had little effect on the smell or the stains, and they charged 30% more than Brad. We couldn't be happier with his work. We'll definitely call him again.
