What a great experience! It can be chaotic, unnerving even, to have people come into one's home to work on projects. Not so with Justin from Budget Blinds. He is personable, a hard worker, genuinely kind, and respectful. He arrived when he said he would, installed the window treatments without fuss or intrusiveness, and even voluntarily cleaned off some bird droppings stuck to the outside of our living room picture window.
The options he previously helped me select for our house satisfactorily addressed concerns for privacy, energy efficiency, etc. The results look great and our entire family is pleased.
I have worked with MANY different service providers both in my vocational life and while fixing up different homes in which I've lived over the years. Justin and his company are the real deal. Highly recommended.

Justin was prompt, professional, and accommodating. I called him in to provide a quote for two picture window coverings. He offered lots of information re: energy efficiency, handicapped accessibility considerations, market choices, etc., without any sales pressure at all.
He unexpectedly offered to fix the current blinds on the spot in order to hold our household over until we come to a decision about the bigger project. He was respectful and kind. He even cleaned off the top of the windows and blinds afterward since he was up there anyways and figured none of the rest of us could reach.

Budget Blinds came and measured and gave me a free estimate for insulating cellular blinds for all my windows. They offerred a 30% discount so the price was very good and they were happy for me to order one or two blinds at a time (as I could afford them and I still got the same discounted price). The blinds took a while to arrive from the factory but then Budget Blinds installed them promptly and professionally. One of the blinds didn't fit properly so they ordered a new one at their expense and we're still waiting for the replacement but they did the right thing. Overall I found them to be friendly, patient, professional, and responsive. I am very happy with the end result.
