Tree has not been cut down as of today. Met with Creed a month ago and agreed to the price he quoted. He said it would be 2-3 weeks till he can do it. One month later, I have not heard from him. I e-mailed a reminder last week and have not heard back as of yet. Needs to keep in touch.
