.We purchased the truck on a Saturday and noticed the next morning (Sunday) that there were some wires in the engine compartment that had the insulation missing but did not notice the full extent until a later date. Took it to the dealer (which is a 70 mile drive one way) and was told that a rodent had chewed the wiring and that it was our problem. We asked the service adviser what should we do and how much would it cost. He told us don't drive the truck and contact our insurance company. We contacted our insurance company. They sent out the adjuster to check the damage. We were told by him not to use the truck and that it would have to be towed. When we finally got the truck back, the driver side mirror was damaged. Again another trip to get it repaired. The attitude at Laurel Ford is that service customers are a bother to them.
