COTTER'S SEWER SVC

They did very well-it was cold and a lot of snow.  They were very concerned about making a mess in the house.  I would have no problem calling them again.  The only thing better might have been not needing them at all.  Very pleased with this and previous calls.

Beyond belief:  Tech was polite and sharp, suggested starting by mechanical rooting, going to hydraulic rooting if indicated, taking pictures only to verify line collapse or failure (every other contacted provider suggested starting with the $200.00 photography session).   Mechanical rooting removed the blockage.  Tech scrubbed, disinfected and rinsed the whole area and was gone in an hour.  He got a big tip, too.

Wonderful to deal with! I felt truly safe & taken care of, very trustworthy. And the two gentleman onsite were friendly, professional & explained everything. They discovered a potential major safety hazard with my gas line & helped me communicate with MDU regarding the issue.  Safety was their 1st priority.  They did a great job.  I can't thank them enough!  Will call them again if ever needed.

I was SO impressed with the professionalism and nonchalance of the gentleman who came and cleared my drain as I was extremely embarrassed at having thls problem for over 3 years and no money to fix it until now.  He was very friendly, professional, and not bothered by the job at hand.  It took this guy 1-1/2 hours to clear my drain, without complaint or negative comment.  I was extremely impressed since the 3 plumbing contractors I called prior to calling Cotters were not the least bit interested in clearing my drain.  Tsk.  Anyway, I cannot say enough KUDOS to Cotters for coming and fixing my long-standing problem here in my old (built in 1920) home.  Seems like the regular plumbers don't want to mess with something like this; too bad as Cotters Sewer really fills a necessary niche in our old town.  Thanks, Cotter!!!!!!
