The job was paid in full but was never finished. I finally gave up and hired another company. The gentleman gave us every excuse we could hear. I would say that the quote they gave us was the best that anyone could ever get at that time but still, I would NOT recommend them.

I contacted Mr. Christison (The Roof Doctor) on the Monday following the wind storm. He was concerned enough to come over that day to help protect the roof from further damage. Since the roof shingles were 20 years old at that time, matching them was impossible. Mr. Christison put on shingles that he had, rather than buy new ones, until I could contact the insurance company about the needed roof repairs. It took almost 9 months to get the roof totally reshingled but Mr. Chritison was able to help with any technical questions that I could not answer. When the insurance company wanted to "just match and repair" the damage, he was able to prove that the shingles were to old for matching. He also went one step further and let the insurance representative know that the original shingles were not longer being made because the company had been bought out by its competitor. The repairs were excellent and lasted until the next summer when the entire roof was reshingled.
