I bought a lemon washer, brand Frigidaire. Vann's did not back up quality when I complained right away that the machine's door was not working correctly and was a poor design. Numerous repairs, calls, managers, extended-warranty claims, ordered parts, and 17 months later, Frigidaire authorized a replacement machine. The entire time, Vann's was unresponsive to my issues, even to the degree where in the last in a string of emails to the manager I requested an update (sent July 26) on the replacement (a 10-15 day ETA prediction was on day 25). NO RESPONSE. On August 5, I got a call from the delivery fellow to schedule a swap-out of machines.
The new MayTag dishwasher I purchased at the same time also needed repair within one month of use.
