I asked the local hardware store owner for a referral to someone who could correct a great many items that came up on a home inspection so we can sell our home. Chuck was named as an excellent source to contact. I called him and he was here in less than 48 hours to see what my needs were. He was pleasant, informative about solving my repair issues, found qualified people to do my repairs (those that he felt would better be done by a licensed professional like plumbing and masonry work), and did many of the repairs himself and left the areas neat and clean. He works quickly and is well worth the $35/hr price for his work. His area of expertise is in maintenance, repair, personal concierge, lawn care, commercial and residential home watching, vacation rentals etc. He is "my jack of all trades, go-to-guy". He knows the Flathead Valley area well. He cleaned my roof, inspected the tiles, cleaned gutters and made sure the down spouts were not plugged, cleaned up loose and poorly left electrical wires and connectors, and made them up to code, and so many other chores.  If you have a "Honey-Do" list, I highly recommend Chuck for the job.
