 + -1 moreWe were contemplating selling our home on the lake in 2009, we had not listed it yet, but had discussed it with a few realtor friends. Crystal Cox of Ten Lakes Realty shows up and tells us she has a buyer wanting our home if we would only list it with her. She promised a quick sale, promised us a discount, blah blah blah. Well we listed it with her without checking around, and poof..... no buyer. There never was one. Turns out this is a common trick of hers to tie up listings in her name to avoid anyone else selling them. worst of all is that the listing was not included in the MLS data base so no one even looked at the place for a year. In the meantime the market went to h*** and we lost our a** when we did sell it with a real realtor.
Description of Work: What ever you do avoid the "owner" of this realty company. Crystal L Cox. If you do not bend over backwards and kiss her a** and open your wallet to her she will slander and defame you by buying your name.com and spreading lies and made up delusional crap about you until you pay her to stop. Also, this "realtor" is not actually a realtor! She may have a lic, but she is not a member of the association. This means she is not allowed access to the MLS system, she is not allowed to list your home into the system nor can she have access to homes to show using the key lock code system. This also means that the chance of you selling anything with this nutcase is zero, and the chance of actually buying anything thru her is minimal and a waste of your time! In addition, she has harassed slandered and extorted so much from so many other realtors and public officials, as well as suing everyone and their brother for every and anything that no mortgage company, or other broker will work with her. Avoid this nutjob at all costs!!!!
