Chris was great. He was incredibly responsive, professional and polite ... and came within a few hours of connecting. Took his shoes off before coming in ... cleaned up after himself and even gave me tips on how to avoid making the mistake that would cause the same back up - including looks at the unit itself. Wow. Hopefully I'll avoid this again but I may just purchase a better unit and I'll definitely have him install it.

It went fine, work was done professionally and am very satisfied.

I immediately felt reassured when Chris showed up. He was pleasant and professional and it didn't take long to see that he was a capable and competent plumber. He fixed the leaky drain / garbage disposal and the installation of the water filtration system went very well. I liked that Chris paid attention to detail and seemed committed to doing a good job. We have several other plumbing projects coming up in the future, including the completion of a remodel, and we will definitely be calling Chris to do the job.

Chris showed up at the approximate time he gave me, brought in the tools and materials he needed and only made one trip back to his truck for a larger tool when my old drains proved to be much more corroded than anticipated. He explained what he was doing and why. I liked not being ignored or talked down to.

After a water feed line to the master bathroom toilet broke, we were in dire need of getting the water turned back on! My husband called a couple other places but was put on hold or they were trying to sell him things he wasn't interested in. What we needed was someone who would answer the phone and agree to come fix our toilet! Chris answered his phone, gave us an estimated time of arrival and although he was running a bit late, (he and his wife were checking out a daycare center for their one year old) he was able to come in and fix the feed line in less time it took us to find him! He's a gem and a real professional!

I called Royal Flush to ask for an estimate. Chris, the owner of this new business is a previous employee of In Sink Plumbing, which I have used in the past but is no longer in operation. I left a message on his phone and he responded in less than 1 hour. Chris himself came to our house to review what was needed, and arrangements were made for a day and time for the work to be done. Chris arrived at the scheduled time and completed the required tasks in a very efficient, thorough, and professional manner. He was very considerate (removed his shoes upon entering the house) and friendly. I would highly recommend this business.
