Very unprofessional service, rude, snide and snippy treatment by the staff at their location.  When they didn't fix the problem the first couple of times it was suggested that the phone was the problem and not their wireless service.  I bought the phone brand new from them at their location and with the phone only being a couple of months old they refused to swap the phone out when their repeated attempts to fix it failed.  The man at their help desk was extremely condescending and rude when I would go into the store to get any help.  He made me feel as if I was bothering him with the issues I was having with the product they were selling!  I had more problems with them in 4 months of service than I had with 6 years with my last wireless provider.  It would stand to say that you do get what you pay for, even though their wireless service was roughly half what I was paying before the service only worked half the time.  I did have limited interaction with the owner who was helpful to a degree, but when I would call to speak with him seeing as how he was the one who I had better luck dealing with I was met with "What do you want" when I would ask to speak with him regarding the issues I was having.  Needless to say I will be seeking another provider for my phone service very soon.  I like to support locally owned businesses but if I am going to be treated like a nuisance and not like a paying customer then I refuse to pay or stand for that kind of treatment no matter how cheap their rates are.

Many operating problems the first couple months because components were not compatible. Computer still has operating issues-and has always run very poorly.  Warranty services have ceased and so has my business with them.
