NOTE to pet owners: DO get pet insurance. If did not have insurance, I might not have had the x-ray because everything else seemed normal. I would have certainly lost my dog at a young age. They told us to come right in and that it didn't matter if it would interfere with their scheduled appointments that day. They wrote me up a VERY quick estimate, which was actually OVER what it ended up costing, which was a nice surprise. They took extra time to make sure my pet was safe and examined my pet head to toe to make sure every bit was okay. They said I could call 24/hrs a day with any questions and called me three days later to see how my pet was recovering. Dr. Wendling is amazing with the animals--answers any and all questions and doesn't rush you through your appointment. We always look forward to seeing the caring employees of Ponderosa. It's a real family environment and their first priority is your pet---their safety, their happiness and their overall health. Can't say enough good thing about all of them!
