The plumber himself was courteous and quick, the billing done by the business however is ludicrous. The plumber was in my home for 45 minutes installing an expansion tank and relief valve on my water heater. This required at most $200 in parts, I was charged approximately $300 in labor for 45 minutes of work. I took the time to contact the company about this, and they were very happy to stand behind their pricing which astonished me. Zero shame or regret was exhibited after blatantly overcharging a customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
