time and price approximate.. sorry lost the receipt... the thing that I did not like was that when I brought the rug home after being notified that it was ready for several days, when I went to put it back down on the floor, it was still damp. Understand, the rug was rolled up and encased in plastic, so I was concerned about the smell and possible mold setting in. Fortunately, the smell left and there has been no mold seen.

Arrived about 25 minutes late but did call to say he was delayed by previous job. He soaped down entire area but no attention was made to more soiled areas or spots on the rug. He was polite and liked to talk but made no effort to move any furniture, i.e. coffee table, dining room table, etc. nor did ask if we wanted them moved for cleaning underneath. The main reason for my lower grade was that he did not wear any shoe covers and repeatedly went out to his van and back into the house and walked on carpet he had already cleaned with his dirty shoes. All in all the cleaning was satisfactory but not outstanding. I thought the price was was good for the amount of cleaning done. Some trouble spots were less noticeable but still present.

They did a great job. My carpets look great. They were punctual and very friendly to me and to my dogs.

I needed to have my carpets cleaned and they were able to come out the same day. My technician was John and he was wonderful!! He was so nice and a really hard worker. The carpets looked like new! They were a lot less expensive than the last time I had them done with someone else and this time they looked new. I was very happy!
Be sure to ask for John. I called the Whitefish number, but he will work in Kalispell and Columbia Falls, too.
