Montana Sky Net - Kalispell

They are my ISP.....while their prices aren't the lowest I have had pretty much uninterrupted internet for at least 3 yrs now....but here is the other side that you need to know.....if you need technical support, they are like many other internet service providers. They are knowledgable to a point, but if your support needs are beyond the basic internet connection problems, they are like a fish out of water......I can say this because I run a local internet and computer support business, and I have had several clients who contacted me after MontanaSky was unsuccessful resolving their issues....and I was able to get them up and running when MSky could not....

The on-phone tech was very knowledgeable, patient, and new the right things to try to get the router wirelessly hooked into my
various wireless equipment (most recent call). Through about 10 years MontanaSky technical support has always been able to solve my problems and have been punctual and helpful

After carefully checking out the handful of providers online and in person, we went with MontanaSky because of local service, extremely fast network connections which we needed for our business. The magic was after the sale, when our computer got a virus which caused a real slow down. We called and found an entire company ready to work to solve our problems. As with every business with a large technical support responsibility, we had to wait a tad on the support line to get going, but after that.. excellent.
We understand business cannot answer every call instantly, We stand in line at the DMV and driver license office for hours, so really its a non event. The service is excellent. We heard it was and we checked out other customers who said it was. We heard horror stories about other providers in Kalispell. So all in all we are happy and our service works great!

After weeks, months of interaction, still not addressed.

The service tech was quick, efficient and new what he was doing. During the install, he discovered the phone line was not properly connected and he quickly fixed it so the internet service would connect. He then checked my computer diagnostics to ensure that we were receiving the fastest internet response possible. He finished the install by checking my tablet and laptop to ensure that they would connect to the WiFi. Very impressed with the customer service!

They're very good. I walked in. They've moved locations, so everything is over the web or over the phone. They troubleshoot and are like an internet company. They are very good, responsive, professional, do what they say they will do, and are available when you need some help. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
