Mirabelle Color Masters Salon & Day Spa

So my appointment was set for 4pm today. I went in early so that I could look around at their product. They called my name when they were ready for me and I met the professional Blue Black hair colorist. She seamed very nice and complimented my hair. I expressed to her that I wanted the Blue Black hair color, that I have had it before but never professionally. She went and mixed the color and returned. While she was coloring my hair we had short conversations. When the color was done we went to rinse and wash my hair. When we came out of the wash room, I was unsure of the color and mentioned that it didn't look as dark and I expected it to be, and she said because its still wet. So I went to pay and we handed her $60 and she said it was $65. I showed her my appointment card and she said that the person that wrote that didn't know what they were talking about. So I paid her the $65 and we left. The more my hair dried, the less black it looked and the more Dark Brown it looks.  I usually leave tips when I get my hair cut but I was not happy with this color, I tried to tell her it wasn't black and she tried to tell me that my hair was still wet so it wouldn't look black. I do not recommend this place for Blue Black hair coloring, because their professionalist does not know what blue black looks like.

The salon is beautiful! I was offered a chocolate truffle or mini cupcake that they had in the salon for Valentines Day. The haircut was great! I totally felt pampered!

I'm from Washington and moved to Kalispell in April and I was really afraid to try a new salon. The moment I walked into Mirabelle Salon I knew I would be taken care of. The receptionist was so friendly and they offered me a soda while I waited for my appointment. The salon was beautiful and the hairdresser Lacy Deist was fabulous. She made me feel very comfortable. We did a complete consultation to decide what I wanted. We decided to do blonde highlights to help camouflage my greys. The haircut she did was beautiful also. I would recommend Lacy Deist and Mirabelle salon to anyone!
