After spend nearly $60k withthis local company in Kalispell, MT we have spent two full years with warrantyissues on both their flooring and lighting products that were installed in ourhome. It has been a continuous blame game with these people and they haveshouldered none of the responsibility for product failure that they sold us.Their own top installer toldus that we had product failure with our bamboo flooring but they have blamed iton everyone and everything else that they can think of. After exhausting allpossible remedies with Masterpiece Carpet One Floor & Home we are leftholding the bag with the only means of resolve being litigation and warning allnew shoppers of their products that they sell so stay far, far away from thisbusiness.
