They are awesome. There is no haggling over price, they give you the lowest price. You can go online and check that they do have the lowest prices within a 500 mile radius, and that is what I like. I don't have to worry about if I am getting a good deal, I know I am.

Did a great job on the oil change, washed the car and had it ready to go in a timely fashion. I had arranged for them to also look at a warranty issue with the heated seats. When I arrived, they said they couldn't do it and I would have to bring it back. After insisting, they looked at it and said, I was mistaken. I will be taking it to another shop to have it checked.

Went in without an appointment and was told by the very pleasant and personable service lady Brandy, that it would be a couple hours wait but that they would have a driver take me back to work and pick me up when the truck was finished. Two hours later Brandy called said the truck was ready and sent a driver to pick me up. My truck was washed and all the work was done well. The price was reasonable as well. I was very pleased.

They were never consistent. They installed a started for me and it failed shortly after and they were going to charge me for another started until I talked to another mechanic who said there should be a warranty. I called Toyota back and had them look and it was covered under warranty. They are overpriced and will take advantage of you.

They treated me like I was a valuable customer. They took time to ensure I got the best deal on my purchase and tailored the sale to me. They were flexible and supportive of my time line which took a bit longer to close the deal due to insurance payoff...

This is my second vehicle through them. They are proffessional, knowledgable and timely. As long as they have a car I like I will continue to give them my business. Their service and salesmanship is wonderful.
