Oil change with synthetic oil. Salesman told me I should use synthetic oil, I told him that I do, he said the oil that I had in the engine was not synthetic. I told him that I had my oil changed at grease monkey prior and paid for synthetic. 2nd thing on the same visit, told me my differentials needed oil change and transmission needed flushing, I told them that was odd considering I just had that done by a different company 2 months ago. afterwards I took my pickup to a 3rd mechanic and stated I needed the transmission and diffs done, they said that I don't, that the oil was fresh. Grease monkey tried to scam me.

Pulled my car in right away and got working on it. Checked everything in and out of the car, topped of my fluids, vacuumed the inside, got a free car wash coupon and also they sat down with me and explained what they did. Also they recommended some services but weren't pushy about it at all. I also had a crack in my water pipe and they offered to give me an estimate but weren't pushy about getting it fix immediately. Overall I am very happy with the service they provided!
