had a 88 Volvo wagon that had several chips in the drivers windshield. I asked  them to replace the windshield. They said it would be ready in an hour.  A hour later I picked it up, After paying for the work I was informed that the rubber gasket was in bad shape and they could not get one to replace it. There was a little piece of rubber hanging out under the chrome trim in the drivers vision. I used a razor knife to trim this. then I wondered and after 5 call found I could get a new gasket in 2 days.  I am not a glass shop or mechanic, yo think they could have found that out and gave me the option of having the job done correctly. I do not know if I would use these guys again.
