I've been using them for about a year. They all know my name, they're easy to work with and they're great. They provide forms for me.

Mortgage Officer Ashley Crowe was very attentive and professional in her consultation.  I was impressed on her efforts to give us all the possible ways to obtain a mortgage.  She really gave you a sense that she has our best interest in mind.

As per a phone conversation, Tony sent me a loan application via email. The agreement was, that I was to fill out the ap and bring it by his office at 11AM on 3/26 and we would discuss my options for types of loans available, costs, etc. I took time off from work and arrived at his office promptly at 11AM. I was informed by a receptionist, that was expecting me, that he had already left for lunch. I left the application with her. I could have filled out the ap, scanned and emailed it back to Tony, but that was not our agreement as per our phone conversation. My time was wasted. Tony and I exchanged emails, afterwords, he said it was a miscommunication. I do not feel that was the case. I secured a loan with another bank.
