Delivery Service
Arrived on time, but they left it on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell. Doorstep delivery is OK, but they could at least knock or ring. They did neither, leaving the package susceptible to theft or weather damage. This has happened before: several weeks ago a package was left on the porch in the rain, and was soaked before I knew it was there. If you are expecting a package, you can track it and know when to look for it, but a gift or unexpected package would be susceptible to weather damage and theft.
