Our side by side refrigerator/freezer stopped working. The repairman that came to fix it was on time, very courteous, and efficient. He was very patient with all of my questions as I like to know how things work. We would definitely recommend this provider and use them again if the need should arise.

The guy arrived right when he was supposed to. He was very friendly and quick. I will definitely use this company again if I have any appliance problems!

On New Years Day night, our family was together for game night. I noticed how warm the top shelf of my refrigerator felt. I opened the freezer compartment and noticed condensation on the ice maker. (both not good). We moved everything into the old refrigerator in the garage and coolers on the deck. As I live in Montana that is an option for frozen food for days. We unplugged the unit and emptied out the icemaker. I called Bud Block and the technician, Ryan, came out and put a computing devise, plugged the refrigerator back in to see if it would fail again in 24 hours and see the defrosting timing. The refrigerator did not fail but it not give a clear knowledge of what happened. He came back and reset the computing devise for two weeks...the day that he was suppose to come and get the devise, the refrigerator failed again. Ryan came out retrieve the devise and knew exactly what happen. He ordered the part that was overnighted and I was back to having my refrigerator in my kitchen...instead of having to run to the garage to get things for our meals or snacks. I am so happy with the professional treatment we receive every time from Bud Block and technician, Ryan. We will continue to go back to them in the future. The price I feel was very fair for all the time and trips Ryan did to complete this repair.

They came out and finished with the work in a few hours. The technician's name was Ryan, and I was really pleased with his work and price. I was surprised the price wasn't more. He was also very neat and clean. They are the only company that will fix dishwashers, unless you use Sears or another major store. I would recommend them to friends.
