 + -1 moreMr. Bernau had purchased the lot behind my rental property and was building a spec home for resale. He wanted to dig up my yard to access his water lines. I denied permission unless he would provide me with a notarized document accepting responisibility for any potential damages, disruption to my tenants use or lost rents. He said he would provide said document but never did. Instead Mr. Bernau dug on my property, hit a gas and water line disrupting service to my tenants. He never got permission from me nor did he take responsibility for his actions. I would not recommend him
Description of Work: Construction underground digging and location of water lines.
