Did not use, cost was very high

I called last Thursday for an appointment which was set for this morning at 8:30. I arrived at the shop about 8:15 and at 8:30 my truck was in the shop Gary was starting on it. All the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. Gary came in to the office several times to update me on progress of the work. He also gave me a report of the general condition of the truck, tires, brakes, etc. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the job.

A/C system in my 2002 Ram Diesel Truck has been slowly leaking for several years. Two years ago I had Anything Automotive recharge system and put dye in to detect leaks. This Spring there was no cold air at all coming out. Because I had neglectfully waited so long, when I took it to Anything Automotive this Spring all the refrigerant was gone, so there was no way to detect leaks without fully recharging system again, adding dye, and inspecting it.
However, the tech did notice evidence of leaking at a hose fitting. He replaced that, then recharged system. They called in the afternoon and said I could pick the truck up, but they would rather keep it over night so they could run the A/C and check it again in the morning. I picked the truck up the next morning and it's good to go.
As usual, the lady at the shop called me every time something was done or found, explaining every process to me, keeping me informed continuously as to what was happening.
I stopped in to make the appointment in late morning. They had me bring the truck back that afternoon, worked on it the next day, and I picked it up the next morning.
Great knowledge and expertise and great service.

I took my 2002 Dodge diesel truck in because of oil dripping on the ground. The tech came out immediately, and after looking down in the engine and up from the ground, told me what the problem may be but if I would leave the truck they would run it in the shop and call me the next day. When I went to the shop the next day, he said it wasn't what he thought it was, and it was more involved than they were equipped to handle. He recommended a diesel shop down the street. I'm writing this review as much for what they didn't do (unneccesary work) as for what they did do (recommended a diesel shop). They charged me nothing. They have done repairs for me in the past, and I would definitely recommend them.
