I was a tenant with them for many years. I finally moved. They never made repairs that were promised. Dishwasher never worked properly, and complaints ignored. Several windows had moisture between panes, complaints ignored. My property manager, Marcy, dated a contractor, which she hired to perform duties, overcharged the owner, and did a poor job. When called to correct issues the contractor left, complaints ignored. The list went on and on. Continual ignoring of needed repairs, although they charge top rent. The landlord was getting shafted by this property manager! Landlord was never made aware of the conflict of interest of property manager dating the contractor, poor work by contractor, and landlord being substantially overcharged for work when compared with other contractors.
