I took in my Lhasa and Rat Terrier first. They each got weight and got individual attention from the staff and the vet. I don't think they realized that they got their shots. When I brought in my Labradoodle she was very nervous ( that is her temperament). The staff was very patient and gentle. The dog peed several times on the floor and it was no big deal. The staff just mopped it up. They did not seem to be put out or anything. The vet was able to calm the dog down and all in all it was a good experience for the Labradoodle.
