Very well, very thorough and professional.

The airworks folks were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. They were able to come out the next business day (i called late in the afternoon) and were able to quickly order the parts that were needed for our repair. Once the parts were available they prioritized fixing our system. The technician was courteous and professional. I would use them again.

He came on short notice, arrived early (good),examined the system, and (important) explained to this "newbie" how everything works.

I've called them before for furnace repair and have always been satisfied.

They were very thorough and professional. Immediately responded to concerns and the work was done well.

Another company had been in to do yearly maintenance on our furnace and detected a small gas leak. They said they would have to configure a new tool to get the the spot and replace with flexible pipes. This seemed like a lot to me so we called Airworks for their opinion. They came out that day and fixed the leak within an hour simply by taking the pipes apart adding new seal and tightening the existing connections. No special tool needed or new piping. They were very professional and prompt. Called when they were on their way over.

Called ahead to confirm arrival time, explained system to me, explained serviced performed, explained future upgrades/replacements that may be needed in upcoming years. Very professional, I was very happy with level of service and the cost.

I called their office this morning after reading good reviews on the
company here on Angieslist, about one of our Hydronic hot water zones
not working. They sent someone out to our house right away and the
system was fixed (which happened to be a large air lock and not the
Honeywell switch I thought it was) within 3 hours of the call.

My Tech was very courteous! He called in advance letting me know we was on his way a little early and if that was alright. He also answered all my question's (a lot of questions) and was in and out within an hour. He was also was clear on to expect, and what my options were.

We had a yearly tune up done on our furnace in 10-11. The furnace is an older furnace. We had to have them come back out 2 months later because the furnace quit working. They came out the same day we called and did a few adjustments and got it back up and running without any other problems todate. We have dealt with this company for the past 7 years and have always been very satisfied. They charge by the job and do not change overtime fees if they go past 5:00 pm. They also stay until the job is done!!!! Would and have recommend AirWorks to friends and family. Because of the great service we have always received from them.

They are very good and experienced. They told us they would send us a reminder when our next service is due. He went above and beyond what we asked him to do. He told us how we could improve the quality of our air. It was stuff he didn't necessarily have to do.

Started using this co. after co we had used for ten years said we needed a new unit because our tank was ruptured. Air works looked at it and tightened two fittings and it was fixed. They have not misled us or failed us sense. Our second unit failed and they advised us that the operating cost would warrent replacing with a Heat Pump
