Before I could begin converting a small double garage to a single-car use, the ceiling had to be stabilized. This involved installing 2x6 ceiling joists (the originals were 2x4s; some had been removed, some damaged at an earlier time by fire). Scott came by, calculated material, and we made an appointment. He and his partner were on time, worked with great efficiency, and completed the job in about 2 hours. I am quite happy; both with the work done, and the total cost.
