Luke came out and did the install in a day. The work done included installing a 99% efficient on-demand hot water heater, a whole-house water conditioning filter, a floor drain, and all the associated wiring, plumbing and gas work needed. In addition, he located the new equipment in an ideal location in our laundry room. The workmanship of the installation was very high and Luke did a good job on all the details making everything neat and tidy. The heater and conditioner are all very-high quality, top-end models and he charged very fair prices (not much more than I could find on-line) for the materials and equipment. There was a slight leak which took a couple of times to finally resolve but Luke was great about taking care of it, no problem. In the end, the work came in under the quoted price. Steve did the whole deal on a "hand shake" and his word. Definitely would recommend them and will use them again for any plumbing needs I have.

A long neglected water heater was finally attended to and we quickly realized it was about to give out any day.  Wanting to avoid the expense and terrible inconvenience of a crisis, I called Elkhorn at a friend's suggestion.  Steve assessed it over the phone as best he could, and sent Luke out within a few days.  Luke was incredibly easy to communicate with, discussing what he expected to run into and what he expected to have to fix.  He listened to my appraisal as well; after all, as the home owner I did have some information to contribute. Then he went to work.  He was awesome!!  Put in the much needed new water heater, added some filters to prevent the same problem. and straightened out a mess of pipes.  He truly left my utility room better than when he arrived.  CRISIS AVERTED!   I would highly recommend Shedhorn Plumbing to anyone.  I haven't got the bill yet, but unless it is ridiculously high, I am happy to pay it.

Was referred to them for a bathroom remodel by a coworker who indicated they were very conscientous and fair priced.
Steve assisted me in arranging for his staff to came out on short notice at the end of the day to stop a leak that resulted whenmy old vanity was torn out. This happened right before a trip so it was very important that I had quick service.
Ray has returned several times to move pipes inperparation before the new vanity arrive and to install the faucet after the vanity was put in place. He also reattached and caulked the frame for the bathroom/ shower doors and made sure the tub and sink drains where not running slow.
Ray and Steve were conscientious and easy to work with in setting up appointments and advising me in advance of the depth of plumbing work that would need to be done as pipes were moved for the new vanity configuration. I will use them again and recommend them to Helena area homeowners for any plumbing needs they have.

They are registered and I highly recommend them. They are awesome and top notch. They even gave us the paperwork for a rebate for the energy company for having our boiler check up. We've had furnace problems in the past and I've never seen or heard of this until these guys came along. They are reasonable and gave us a friend/family military discount. They were in and out and didn't surprise us with anything. Their card is in my file. They called and did 2 follow ups. Honestly, I couldn't sleep at night because of our issue.
