Furniture - Sales
From the moment I walked in the door, I was met by a friendly, professional man, who showed me everything they had in stock. When I chose a batch of living room furniture, one of the pillows from the couch was missing. He explained that someone had taken it home to show a spouse, but that it would be brought back soon. This was a Saturday. The furniture was delivered on Monday & our old furniture was taken away. Sadly, the missing pillow was not with the couch. The salesman assured me they would get it to me, and yes, within days, he called & I went and picked it up. The special-order recliners were delivered about 4 weeks later, much earlier than I expected. What a wonderful experience.
