Nitro Green of Helena

It was fine.

I was having trouble with field mice.  I used NitroGreen because of its rating on Angie's List.  MISTAKE!  The man set 3 traps in the house and one outside which he was supposed to come by and "maintain".  Never saw them again.  Caught 2 mice.  Got a bill for $100. 

Every service provider that has been to my house has been very thorough and it seems like they are getting the job done.  I love the way my lawn looks after the mowing service and will continue to use them regularly as long as I am able.

Sarah, their arborist, came for an initial consultation prior to pruning. She is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent recommendations. I have had her come look at various issues for me. She is always helpful.
Dave and his crew came and trimmed several large trees on my property. They did a fantastic job. They were punctual, quick, and left everything looking great. I was not available to answer questions, and they weren't certain about whether they were supposed to cut a branch off cut off a larger part of the tree. They erred conservatively, and when I called back to ask them to cut the larger part of the tree off, they were back the very next morning and done in about 5 minutes. Friendly, efficient, and I would definitely recommend them.

My experience differed from most other people in the area. 
It took me at least four phone calls to get service to the house.  I would call and be told that someone would call me in the next week and tell me when I needed to leave work to show them around the property.  Then nobody would call.  Rinse and repeat several times.  When we finally did get someone out there, they sprayed in areas that I had asked not to be sprayed, and missed the very most important area that I specifically pointed out several times.  Needless to say, I started doing my own yard care after that experience.

Many thanks to the crew for a job well done. Their trimming of the hedges and removal of the trees and stumps was done quickly and in a professional manner. Nitro Green's arborist was especially helpful in offering not only an acceptable fee estimate, but also, suggestions on how to enhance landscaping of our property.

Nitro Green did an awesome job. They always call ahead before performing the services. They are always friendly and courteous. If there is ever a problem they take care of it.

Nitro Green of Helena, MT does an excellent job. I have used them for taking care of our lawn and, maintenance of our lawnmower. They are great about calling at least a day before they plan to do any kind of work. They scheduled a pickup day, and return day, for our lawnmower maintenance. They are very good about calling to reschedule if something changes, weather, etc.

I am satisfied with their work. They do have personalized service. If you call in and have questions they always get right back to you. I have used them for years as well. They are punctual and the yard looks good. The trees haven't died and that's most important.

They're dependable, do a good job, and have a high level of quality. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
