Terrible experience. The workmanship was horrible. Windows were ordered in the wrong size. Eli had to make new sill and frames out of cheap pine wood with knots and cracks. We had to totally tear out his crude work and buy all new trim and sill plates and repaint. We had to buy all new window blinds since the old ones wouldn't fit. His response was "Sometimes that happens". The windows he put in are subpar. We had to have 2 of them replaced because of quality issues. It took over a year to have this done. The poor quality windows should have never been installed in the first place with obvious defects. The quality of work was terrible. Cracked trim, nails popping out of the sheet rock. Overall bad installation. I went with Montana Exteriors because a neighbor recommended them. Their windows looked fine. Levi would not reimburse us for the repairs we had to do. He won't return calls or emails.

do not recommend Eli. He was great for initial install but as soon as I needed warranty repair he was absolutely horrible to work with. I submitted a warranty issue in Nov of 2020. Eli was responsive then and ordered my frame. The frame was delivered June of 2021. By August 2021 I followed up asking for an ETA for the install. Eli left me an aggressive voicemail stating I should be happy I even have the frame in my garage and assured me it would be installed before winter. Winter came and I followed up in February 2022 to ask for an ETA on when we would be scheduled. I received no response. And then I followed up again in March and got no response. I then contacted the distributor to ask who else has experience with Alside. He gave me a number to Affordable Windows. I called them to get a quote for the install. They came out right away and gave an estimate. They scheduled us right away and the whole process took two hours.

Crummy experience. Went through several subcontractors to get the job done. Job took two months. Confusion over permitting and city codes.
