IN order to coincide with our business closure, the work had to be done over the course of a certain weekend, and we scheduled the service well in advance of that date. Mike from M&M Services finally ended up doing the work 2 or 3 weeks late, which was a significant pain in the butt for my wife's business (a daycare). Within a week or two, it looked terrible as the ground up tennis balls they put down prior to resurfacing were breaking down. Mike came back and resurfaced it, and within a couple weeks, it looked terrible again. By this time it was autumn, and too cold to resurface. So Mike came back the following spring and did it again. Again, within a couple weeks it looked terrible. Now, a year later, all of the surfaces look terrible and they refuse to do anything about it. According to Cory at M&M Services, it's not covered by the warranty because the coating isn't actually peeling - it's the tennis ball pieces breaking down. A couple red flags that should have tipped me off - no address, no website, no email address.
Description of Work: Using Tufflex Rubberized coating, M&M Services resurfaced our sidewalks, steps and patio.
