Helena Body & Paint LLP

The door on my 2004 Toyota Sienna had a broken weld on the door-check mechanism (controls the speed at which the door opens and closes.) Its a tough fix because its in a tight spot -- requires removing the door, disconnecting the electrical, welding and then putting it all back together. They did this job spot on their cost and time estimate, on the day that we had scheduled and called me immediately when it was done. Very satisfied. He even showed pictures of the work when the door was in pieces so I could see what had happened internally.

This was an insurance repair on our 2012 pickup truck - a shopping cart at Super One market had run into the driver side passenger door on our Super cab pick up and caused significant damage. USAA doubted that a shopping cart could have done significant damage, so I took pictures with a shopping cart in Super One's parking lot and showed them to owner Jessie Vulk when I took the vehicle by for an estimate. He was able to confirm a cart had been the culprit.

They did a fabulous job on the vehicle and it looks as good as new!

Helena Body and paint had been recommended by two different individuals for the quality of their work. I received a detailed estimate on the repair and costs a day after bringing the vehicle to the shop. While the total was higher than we had anticipated, all the individual sections of the vehicle on the damaged side had to be removed and replaced. Because of their good reputation, Helena Body and Paint could not do the work for a couple of weeks and busines travel for which I needed the vehicle added to the delay. Once the vehicle was in the shop, it was completed within the time stated. When I picked up the vehicle, mt companion commented on its looking like new on the previously damaged side. There was no indication that the vehicle had any damage to the body and paint, but it appeared (and was acknowledgeded) that one small section had not been missed. As I needed the car for a trip the next day, we arranged to have the final section done on my return. I was able to get the last section completed immediately on my return in the time promised.
In addition to doing high quality work in the time promised, Helena Body and Paint returned the vehicle cleaner inside and out than it had been when I brought it in. They were very responsive when I called for information and willing to stay beyond normal business hours to get the vehicle back to me. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I have a vehicle that looks better than it did before the damage occurred.

They work exceptional. It is higher priced than most shops in Helena but Helena Body and Paint is the best.
