This place has gone downhill with new ownership. They aren't responsive, and they miss all the details that come with a job done well and on time. I used to love this place. Now I just miss the old owners and will be shopping for a new company.

The request for service was answered promptly. The jobsite was measured and inspected within a few days. The completed job was on time, true to the original quote, and let clean and tidy. Extremely good service. I would definitely use them next time I need service.

John at the Floor Show made sure that the repair work to my cement floor in my laundry room after a bathroom addition was done satisfactorily even after several failed attempts because the new cement kept cracking. After the final successful repair job he even donated a piece of linoleum for the laundry room area, I just paid for the labor to install. When it was time to purchase carpet and linoleum for the remodeled areas I knew I wanted to work with John and Floor Show again as they provide quality products and stand behind their work.
