Everything went very well,they called us and said what the problem was and we said to take care of it and they did,i like it when they call you first before the work is done to give you a estimate first.

I like them very much. I have got lots of vehicles and they have done a lot of different things for me. Don Cunningham is the proprietor there. There is nothing that I do not like about them. I have always like them. They are quick, fast and honest, and I trust them. They do a good work and they are reliable. I do not have to take my car back. Their pricing is high, but they are no higher than anybody else in town.

The job went well but I will not be using them again because I have a new car so I use the dealership now.

They were great; able to get us in same day. We thought we had a bad CV joint, which would have been a more expensive repair, but they said that was not our problem and diagnosed the brake problem.

Provided a fair estimate of work. kept me informed of all changes as work progressed and the finished the work with excellent results. They were a couple of days slower than they had told me but still within my deadlines for work to be completed.

Don is a very honest mechanic. When I went in to get my front end done he suggested I do the timing belt why we had it apart. That saved me at least $500 in labor if it would have been done separately. I also had all 4 ball joints replaced in the front end. I recently noticed a squeaking noise that was diagnosed as a control arm bushing, a bent frame (which is impossible because it has never been in an accident!), and finally the upper ball joint. When I was told the ball joint had gone out I remembered that Don had fixed it just last year. I live in Missoula so driving over to Helena was an impossibility. I called Don regarding the problem, he pulled it up on his end that I had the ball joint replaced last year. He call around Missoula to find another Certified Auto Repair place here. Don found a place in Missoula that will fix it and the entire cost will be covered because Don guarantees his work. After a month of squeaky frustration I will have my car fixed and thanks to Don, it will be done the right way. If you have any kind of foreign car I would HIGHLY suggest you take the time to call DJ's Automotive. I don't think I'll ever use another mechanic!
