The work was recommended by our home inspector and Pete was suggested by our realtor.  We needed to replace an old FPE panel box which was in an inaccessible location, add a main circuit breaker box outside, and add grounding for the house.  From the beginning, he was professional, courteous and punctual.  His price for the work was fair and in line with the estimates I had heard from people who had had similar work done.  He also priced out the potential worst case scenario so there wouldn't be any surprises if the wiring was in worse condition than thought.   He arranged all the permits with the city and showed up on time and set to work quickly.  While some complications with the utility company and some issues with the original wiring produced a half day more work than projected, he did not change his price.  He has been willing to answer questions since the work was completed and even came out when the dishwasher was throwing a breaker to fix the problem. 
I would recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work. We couldn't be happier with the quality of service.
