And as he was walking out the door I mentioned that I was puzzled by my refrigerator light -- I had replaced the bulb but the light still wouldn't come on. He took a quick look, screwed the bulb back in and it worked. He explained to me that sometimes the plastic bulb sockets get distorted and you just have to screw them in a bit harder so the end of the bulb hits bottom. Voilá! No charge. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I feel that the repairs needed should’ve cost a lot more than they charged. The technician was kind and honest. In the end it just cost me his time which I was thankful for.

They did a good job, and showed up when they said they would. They had their parts on their truck, so they didn't have to make another call. They do charge a minimum charge when they come out. We will continue to call them for appliance repair in the future.

I have very good experience with them, especially with Anthony. They were always on time; they cleaned up after whatever they did. I was very happy. I would absolutely use them in the future.

We called with our problem about a "clunking" sound when the refrigerator shut off. Matt was able to diagnose the problem over the phone (saving a service call fee)and provided an estimate for the repair. We decided to replace the compressor and a part was ordered. It took a little longer than first thought to get the part but when it came in they called to set a time to make the repair. Matt arrived on time and completed the job in about 1 hour. We are pleased with the service.
