Home Building
Owner had hostile interactions with the previous owner and came into our negotiations hostile. At one point was red faced yelling that the wasn't going to keep wasting his time trying to make the building water proof. He "fixed" the problem 3 separate times and the building continued to leak. The last time I contacted him to come fix it, he never showed.
