Bill answered the call promptly and met with us to exchange ideas.
The bid came in in a timely way.
We got some other bids and then selected him but that took time on our part.
He was very honest about the time frame, given other work he had, but he was on the job in 10 days or so.
We went on vacation and when we came back the garage was completely finished with the new siding and we liked the work.
We settled up the remaining bill in a few days.
All in all, he communicated well, had excellent follow through, and did quality work.
