+ -1 moreIt was by far the least rewarding service company experience I have encountered in the Helena area. HE CAME THIS SUMMER AND PROVIDED A COST ESTIMATE AND DESCRIBED THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED WHICH WE AGREED TO. HE SPRAYED DURING THE SUMMER; AND WE OFFERED TO PAY HIM FOR THAT WORK BUT HE DECLINED SAYING IT GAVE HIM AN INCENTIVE TO COME BACK AND FINISH THE WORK. HE HAD AGREED TO PRUNE TREES AND BUSHES IN THE LATE FALL/EARLY WINTER BUT NEVER SHOWED UP. WE HAVE CALLED HIM SIX TIMES TO SCHEDULE THAT WORK AND HE NEVER ANSWERED OUR MESSAGES; AND NOW HIS VOICE MAIL IS FULL SO WE CAN'T EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE. WE HAVE HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE PRUNING WORK!
Description of Work: He sprayed the ground to improve its quality but never came back to complete the rest of the work.
