The muffler was under lifetime warranty. After 7 years it needed to be replaced. They replaced it, as warranted, for a modest labor charge, as provided in the warranty. But no charge for the new muffler. I was extremely pleased, and my expectations were exceeded.

The owner was very honest, and thorough about the type of exhaust alterations that would suit our vehicle. He completed the work in the time frame he said he would and stayed within the budget we requested. We have used him in the past and would use him in the future. Great businessman.
