 + -1 moreAfter we first encountered issues with the speed of our internet, CyberNet 1 support reset our signal remotely, to little effect. It was easy to contact CyberNet 1 support, but it took persistence to get someone to come out and fix our problem. It seems that we were supplied with an outdated antenna. Once the antenna was upgraded, we haven't had any issues. The monthly price is reasonable for the speed we get, and is the best available.
Description of Work: CyberNet 1 is our internet provider. The first antenna supplied by the company wasn't receiving enough signal, so CyberNet 1 replaced it.
