Early in November we had an issue with the fireplace insert. We suspected a bad thermal couple, but we weren't sure. I called several technicians located in the phone book and they were all booked out through November and some even into January. One of the dealers I called referred me to Aspen. When I called I was expecting to be told I wouldn't be able to get the work done until December. I was told I could probably get it in a week. I booked the appointment and followed up the day before to make sure we were still scheduled. I was informed we were. The technician arrived completed the repair and serviced the unit. I did not need any parts and the repair is working. Very satisfied with the results and timely service.
