Description of Work: I first contacted Tim Boland about adding a bedroom to my 1936 era log home in 2000. I had discussed this addition with several other contractors who were afraid of the task for various reasons. Tim spent several days checking things out and planning the job and gave me a reasonable estimate. The finished job was beyond my expectations and I was completely satisfied. In 2003 I hired Tim again to add another bedroom, bathroom, expand the kitchen and more. The job was tricky because the way my lot was laid out and the presence of many big spruce trees. In any case, the finished product is beautiful, to a large degree because of Tim,s good suggestions and eye for detail. My last project, several years ago, was the construction of a 24X40 foot "barn" where I store old cars. It is heated and insulated and is exactly what I wanted. Tim Boland has been in Great Falls all of his life and has been doing remodeling and construction for over three decades. As you can tell, I a fan of his, not just because of all the good work he has done for but also because of his honesty. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone who wants a good job done at a fair price.
