Started Sprinkler system took apout 25 minutes. Asked if it was covering all areas was told yes. Noticed in mid july their were dry spots called them to come back and do it right. They said they would for an additional fee. I told them if they had done it right the first time they would not have to come back so I told them no.

The man was very rude to my 94 yr. old Dad. My Dad was mentally alert, could see and manuver around his basement just fine. The man acted as though my Dad was dumb. My Dad got mad. As for the price at that time it was outrageous for 6 minutes of work, both times - turning on and off only. Last yr. I paid someone to blowout the pipes for a total of $35.00. I can turn the water on myself.
I need to re-do the entire yard irrigation wise, because of relandscaping and I am considering Jonas to do it.

The job went smoothly and they finished when they said they would. My one complaint would be when they came to winterize the system they had forgotten to install ,a backfllow preventer and the water blew out of my well instead of the sprinklers. They had to dig up the pipe and correct the situation.

I had a previous appointment with repairmen, to which they showed up early and left a note to reschedule. After attempting a same day appointment and unable to be available for another couple weeks I gave up hope and attempted another service provider. The original repairmen returned and did the job at 5:30, going past their normal service time just to get the job done. I should have been slower to judge, but am pleased with the service provided.
