When I called for an appointment for my oil change and the weird noise pro-craft got my car in with in a couple of days - working around my work schedule.
I dropped my vehicle off and they nicely gave me a ride back to work. I was worried that the weird front-end noise would be something awful and expensive. It apparently took 3 of them (1 driving and 2 hanging out windows on either side of the vehicle) to figure out that the noise was from my un-rounded hub-caps. Strange and weird, but no problem and no charge!
They even offered to take me for a ride with and with-out the hub caps to prove it to me in case I did not believe them. They were ready to stand behind their word all around and even spend more time at the end of their day to show me. VERY NICE!!!
They checked out the brakes and other things on the car to make sure it was all safe to drive. Then they washed my car so it was really ready for our vacation.
Very nice and very professional. I am definitely going back!!

I started to hear an unusual clinking sound in my engine. I had a few friends tell me what they thought to see if I could repair it myself. when I found that i could not, i contacted Procraft. even before they would give me a quote, they spent a few hours researching my problem and get proper pricing. The were very accommodating, an employee who happened to be standing near the door opened it for me. The waiting room was pleasant with complementary refreshments and television, and they kept me up to date with what they were doing and what they were finding as they looked. it took them all of 40 minutes to take the car in, open the engine, and find what was wrong. when they were finished with their diagnosis, they brought me to the back room to show me what they found, and explain the true problem to me. they were also very blunt about what it would cost to fix it, and that it would be more than what my car was worth. they even stored my car for me until i could find someone who would buy it for scrap.
overall they were polite, honest, accommodating, and reasonably priced for their services. they also do body repair, paint, and take the time to get to know their customers.

I'm was a heavy equip mechanic of over 11 years so I'm a reasonable
wrench. I'm extremely skeptical of car salesmen, real estate agents, and
mechanic estimates. My Audi needed two new tie rod assemblies so when
ProCraft gave me a reasonable estimate (Mike), I took it to them to do
the work. GET THIS. When the mechanic (Cory) finished the work faster
than expected, He completed other work that my car needed within the
original estimate. THAT IS UNPRECEDENTED FOR ME. If they'll do that I
can take the time to write a review about it. I found out later that the
owner (Steve) sent Cory for Euro specific training so don't hesitate to
take your EuroCar there.

I had a collision with a deer after owning my car only 4 months. I took my car to Procraft for an estimate. My daughter previously had body work done with her car and was happy with their work. Steve did an estimate right away. Everything went so easy as they were able to directly send pictures and estimate to my insurance company. He was very thorough in explaining options of getting a rental car, time needed to do repairs, repair details, etc. I made an appointment to have them do the body work. It was done when promised. I had to return, though as I could hear a rattle on the car after the repairs were finished. I called them and Steve told me to come back at my convenience and they would check it out. I did in a few days, they found the problem and was fixed immediately. I appreciate the fact that this is a local family business. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority there. Steve and Mike were great to work with and I would definitely have their services again it needed.
