 + -1 moreHe was more than helpful on a way ahead of a broken lock on the property, he actually said, "Don't buy a lock from me, get it at a hardware store it will be cheaper. Then I will rekey to match" No mess left behind, easy to contact and fast on site. I will welcome them back when ever I need them.
Description of Work: After getting rid of some tenants from my rental home I called Perry, his response time to secure my home was fantastic. Within a couple of hours he was on site, an hour after that all doors were rekeyed and i had keys in hand. Three doors, and three deadbolts rekeyed, two new keys, for less than 100 bucks....piece of mind.....priceless
